  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide a video of the unboxing as proof for the return process. This is required to verify the condition of the product.
  • The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or washed.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless the product is defective or damaged).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and any other non-returnable items specified at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and the unboxing video. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is not available, a refund can be issued as store credit.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the product was defective or damaged.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellation Policy
