  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted shipping partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon, and others to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently deliver to locations within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Paid Orders (Prepaid Orders):

    • No verification is needed for paid orders, allowing for faster shipping.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping for all prepaid orders over INR [insert amount]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of INR [insert amount] will be applied.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner's website to check the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team at  vastrangblockprints@gmail.com  or call us at +91 9636260193 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

  • Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of order placement.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee as well as any re-shipping fees if the order needs to be sent again.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Vastrang does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
